In 2021 BMW M upgraded its vehicles to iDrive 8. The BMW M series needed a distinct performance aesthetic for all future models which was grounded in the core iDrive 8 system and speaks the same design language.
The challenge was to create a branded experience which adheres to their promise of being the ultimate driver.
With our support, the design team managed to maintain this prestigious brand's appeal, honour its motorsport heritage and enhance the design language of BMW iDrive 8.
The outcome is a bold, daring, high contrast design experience enabling drivers to keep their eyes on the road.
